coming back to italy after an amazing time with friends & family, a wild bachlorette party, and an unbelievable wedding, seeing my beautiful sister brimming with joy, it can be hard......for about 24 hours. Once the jet lag dizziness wears off and you head to the open air market to see the produce of the season, you feel italy open her arms and welcome you back with a hug and two kisses.
my cup is full of beautiful memories from our 3 week trip back home, happy in anticipation for new memories to be made with my sweet family of 3, and overflowing with fresh herbs for making mojitos con menta, caprese con basilico, patate al forno con rosmarino, polpette con prezzemolo.
